That’s what Frank Moons and Chris Koppert considered. And since they decided to turn in their wheels for creating cycling products, their business has grown immensely.

What originally started with the slogan, ‘Bike Parts, For Bikers, By Bikers’ has turned into ‘Part of your ride’ over the years. BBB Cycling wants to be there for every cyclist. They are out there on each and every ride, bringing fun to cycling, and making sure cyclists are spending more time on their bikes together with their friends.

Cannondale

In 1971 cycling was still very traditional, very conventional, conforming to some sort of rulebook: our founders believed that there had to be a better way.

So we ditched the rulebook, cut a new path and created a new way. From a Connecticut workshop we set about revolutionising cycling for the better, for everyone. We assumed nothing, we iterated and reiterated and from day one we have worked on pioneering materials, ergonomics and technology, and we haven’t looked back since.

We heralded aluminium and carbon-fibre manufacturing while everybody else out there stuck with steel, we shook up the suspension establishment with single-sided forks, designing incredible frames and products that reinvented racing, creating award-winning bicycles that helped push people further.

People have called us crazy, ridiculous, and worse. And yet, right from the outset we knew what we were doing felt right and was a damn sight more exciting – this unique passion fuels our never-ending drive to make iconic bicycles that just work better. Bicycles that make your ride better. Wherever you ride, whatever you ride, ditch the rulebook and let’s ride together.

Come ride with us.

GT

The heart and soul of dirt and street culture.

From pumptracks to neighborhood streets, there’s a GT on every block.

From our Southern California beginnings in 1972 to today, we continue to remain true to our BMX and mountain bike heritage. GT mixes performance with serious fun to deliver good times everywhere our bikes are ridden. Because after all, Fun is Serious Business.

We’ve been in this business since 1972. We’ve seen fads come and go, but one thing has remained the same after all these years… The reason we are still here. It’s the same reason we threw our legs over our very first bike – pure fun, plain and simple. Even now, when we ride with our buddies, you can guarantee that there are hi-fives, laughs and the post-ride hang at the end of the day.

We remain true to the good times on two wheels which GT was founded on because Fun is Serious Business.

Mongoose

Leader since 1974 in Freestyle & Race BMX Bikes.

Every good story starts with an idea. In 1974, Skip Hess had an idea for a cast-magnesium wheel
durable enough for BMX riding. Over 45 years later, Mongoose is a globally recognized brand built on innovation.
From BMX, to mountain bikes, scooters, and more, Mongoose delivers one of the best riding experiences out there.

And it all started with a wheel in a Southern California garage.

In 1974, Skip Hess developed the cast-magnesium MotoMag wheel in his garage as a way to make BMX bikes more durable.

This led him to found BMX Products, Inc., which made the first Mongoose bike in 1975. By 1976 it was a top-seller. Mongoose would become known for innovative BMX designs and world-class BMX race teams.

In 1986, Mongoose launched the FS-1. Ever since, freestyle BMX has been central to the brand’s product collection. Mongoose has worked with legendary freestyle riders, including Dennis McCoy, Tim “Fuzzy” Hall, Simon Tabron and Kevin Peraza, who inspire product design and fans alike. From classics like the Decade, to contemporary Legions, freestyle is entrenched in Mongoose BMX DNA.

In 1985, Mongoose launched their first mountain bikes, the Mongoose ATB and ATB PRO. By 1992, they developed the full suspension Mongoose Amplifier, which became one of the most successful mountain bikes of all time. Since then, Mongoose has continued to develop ranges of both full suspension and hardtail mountain bikes, which have been ridden by some of the world’s most talented riders.

With a passionate global fanbase, Mongoose is more accessible than ever. The brand continues to inspire new generations to push their limits and explore new boundaries, whether hanging out, or going all out.

Reserve Wheels

Reserve was founded in 2014 by engineers from Santa Cruz Bicycles.

The motivation was simple; Reserve Wheels knew they could make the most durable strength-to-weight composite wheels on the market, and were prepared to back that claim up with a lifetime guarantee. So they did.

Reserve first launched with MTB wheels in 2017. At the time, carbon rims with a lifetime guarantee were unheard of. Within 12 months, Reserve leaped from unknown up-start to one of the most highly-rated carbon wheel makers in the mountain bike market.

Buoyed by the positive reception in MTB, they swiftly moved into gravel. Fully rigid off-road bikes demand a sophisticated carbon rim layup in order to retain control and comfort. Not only does strength, weight, and durability matter, but ride quality also. The Reserve 22 gravel wheel was born at NAHBS in 2019.

Late in 2019, Cervélo approached Reserve engineers to discuss manufacturing wheels. And so began their journey into aerodynamics. Cervélo’s wind-tunnel expertise helps inform the development of an all-new Reserve 700c range to serve the world’s fastest road, time-trial, and triathlon athletes.

Santa Cruz

Nothing but go-fast and good times.

It only took a single car garage, a surefooted pioneer and a mighty brilliant idea that full- suspension bikes had to be the next innovation of the mountain biking sport.

The result is now known as the ground-breaking brand Santa Cruz. The ultimate philosophy that founder and skateboard-legend Rob Roskopp had in 1994, is still highly alive. Simply advanced bicycles that result in ‘no missed rides’.

Santa Cruz Bicycles was founded in 1994 in a space the size of a single car garage in the Seabright Cannery, in Santa Cruz, California. Their first bike, the Tazmon, was a single-pivot dual suspension bike that rattled established sensibilities.

Santa Cruz Bicycles was founded on one objective: to make mountain bikes that are “Simply Advanced”. Pioneering technology that results in bikes that perform exceptionally well and are built to last means Santa Cruz Bicycle owners suffer No Missed Rides.

Union

Why does Union know better than anyone what the ideal city bike looks like?

Well, that’s because they’ve been making them for over a hundred years. Since 1904, to be precise. Their first bicycle, made by the three Van den Berg brothers, immediately hit the mark. There was a problem. Back in the days not everyone could cycle. So the smart guys came up with an idea: give cycling lessons. And so it happened.

Brilliant move, it turned out. They survived severe crisis and war years and in 1966 their millionth bicycle rolled off the production line. And despite a devastating fire in 1976, Union has always remained the city bike brand in the Netherlands.

Union has a particular vision of how urban bikes should look like. And that makes quite sense if you’ve been making them since 1904.
